My name is Annaliese Dankenbring and I'm an SAIC undergraduate artist based in Chicago. I primarily work with painting and I love using vibrant and saturated colors to create pieces that evoke a sense of nostalgia which surfaces in my printmaking practice. Growing up in a small town I believe has made me appreciate the smaller things in life and that's what I try to convey in my practice, along with positivity. My art is a reflection of my experiences and the emotions they evoke.
